Privacy & Assessment Data

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the program you are interested in and your message.
• Job-Ready Practice Course application: your name, email, WhatsApp number, current status (for example, student or graduate), your goals (optional) and your consent.
• Free IELTS Academic assessment: your name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), target and minimum band, when you plan to take the test, your current level, and your consent choices.

Details from the contact form, Job-Ready applications and IELTS assessment registrations are also copied to a private Google Sheet that SkillBridge staff use to manage enquiries and follow-ups. Assessment answers, Speaking recordings, marks, feedback, reports and private links are never copied to that Sheet.

Your Listening and Reading answers and marks, your two Writing responses, your Speaking recordings (only if you agree to the voice-data notice before recording or uploading), the feedback written by SkillBridge staff, and your report. Recordings are kept in private storage and are not public.

We send operational emails only: a confirmation when you submit the assessment, your complete report after a SkillBridge reviewer approves it, and, if needed, a replacement private link. When you use the contact form, SkillBridge receives a notice so we can reply to you.

Marketing messages are optional. We only send course news if you tick the separate marketing choice in the assessment form. Contact-form enquiries are not used for marketing.

Only authorised SkillBridge staff can see submissions, using a staff sign-in. Staff review your Writing and Speaking and write your feedback.

Your assessment and report are opened with a private link. Anyone who has that link can open them, so please do not share or forward it. Each private link stops working 30 days after it is issued (a new 30-day period starts when your complete report is approved). You can request a replacement from the same page, and it is emailed to the address you registered with. If you think someone else has your link, contact us and we will replace it.

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel on our public marketing pages (such as the homepage and program pages) to understand visits and completed course applications. It does not run until you choose “Accept”, and it never runs on assessment, report, staff or sign-in pages. If you choose “Decline”, nothing is sent to Meta.

We do not currently delete information automatically, and we have not yet set a fixed retention period. Deletion is handled manually on request.

To ask for a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@skillbridgepvt.com from the address you used with us. Deletion is currently done manually by our team, and we will confirm by email once it is complete.
